Shipping Information
Dear customer!!!
We offer worldwide shipping.
There are several shipping methods:
1. Standard Free Shipping
2. express courier shipping

For standard free shipping we use - Poczta Polska in cooperation with your national postal services.
Express shipping - FedEx and DHL services.

Your parcel will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of payment (production period).

Delivery times depend on the performance of the delivery service providers and are beyond our control.

However, even after we tried to deliver the items within the above period. Delivery may take longer if something unexpected happens (e.g. customs clearance procedures by the authorities of the destination country).
Therefore, delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Please note that orders shipped on holidays take longer than usual.
 
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied (such as handling fees) by the destination country. These fees are usually paid once the parcel reaches its destination country. Generally speaking, the buyer is responsible for paying additional fees such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These fees can, and often do, vary greatly depending on the price and type of goods, the weight and size of the package, the country of origin and the taxes, duties and fees of the destination country.

 

We do not know the customs regulations and tariffs of each country and do not include them in the price of the goods.
But we always try to help our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible!

 - We are not responsible for shipping errors by carrier or incorrect shipping information.

 - We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages.

 - We are not responsible for import duties and taxes on overseas shipments.
